Refund Eligibility
We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The T-shirt must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- Returns due to size issues, wrong product received, or damaged items are eligible for a refund.
- Custom-printed or personalized T-shirts are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refund Process
- Request a Return: Contact us at shop.matrixman@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return.
- Approval & Return: Once approved, ship the product back to our return address.
- Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Items returned after the 7-day window.
- Used, washed, or damaged items (not due to transit damage).
- Custom orders unless defective.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For size exchanges or personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
